Shipping policy

    •    We ship to the continental United States (48 contiguous states and Washington D.C.).
    •    For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, please contact us via DM or email to coordinate shipping costs and delivery times before placing your order.
    •    Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days and delivered within an estimated 3 to 7 business days after dispatch (continental U.S. only).
    •    Free shipping on orders of $150 USD or more (continental U.S. only).
    •    For orders under $150 USD, the shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.
    •    We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or for any issues that occur after the package has been handed over to the carrier.
    •    If the carrier returns the package due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the customer is responsible for covering the cost of reshipment.

Purchase Process
    1.    Order Confirmation: Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an email with the order summary and order number. Orders remain pending until payment is verified.
    2.    Order Processing: After payment is confirmed, you will receive another email notifying you that your order is being prepared for shipment.
    3.    Shipping & Tracking: When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with shipping confirmation and tracking number.

Pre-Order Policy
    1.    What does it mean when a product is on PRE-ORDER?
A pre-order allows you to reserve our new styles before they officially arrive in store. When a handbag is marked as PRE-ORDER, it means it is in production at our workshop in Italy but not yet ready for immediate shipping.
    2.    When will I receive a product purchased on PRE-ORDER?
The estimated availability time is listed on each product page. We typically open pre-orders 4 to 10 weeks before receiving the product, although this may vary due to factors beyond our control.
    3.    What happens if I purchase a PRE-ORDER item along with items in stock?
We will ship the in-stock items first and the pre-order item separately as soon as it arrives at our warehouse, at no additional cost.

Route Package Protection

Bravella offers Route Package Protection as an optional service to protect your order against loss, theft, or damage during shipping. You can add Route at checkout for a small additional cost.

Orders with Route
If you added Route to your purchase, any lost, stolen, or damaged package can be reported directly through Route’s claims portal. They will handle the replacement or refund according to their current policy.

Orders without Route
If you choose not to add Route, any claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.
