Refund policy

Return Conditions
    •    Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days from the delivery date.
    •    Items must be unused, with original tags, and in the original packaging.
    •    The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective products or shipping errors made by Bravella.

Non-Returnable Items
    •    Sale items.
    •    Limited edition products.

Return Process
    1.    Send a request via email or DM including your order number and the reason for the return.
    2.    Receive confirmation and the return address from Bravella.
    3.    Ship the item back, ensuring all original packaging and accessories are included.

Refunds
    •    We will process the refund within a maximum of 5 business days after receiving and inspecting the product.
    •    The time it takes for the refund to appear will depend on the customer’s bank or card issuer.
